ISO: Sushi salad

Looking for an authentic Japanese sushi salad recipe. Had a sticky rice salad with daikon, egg, carrots, gourd, seaweed and a gingery dressing in Japan years ago and have longed for it ever since. Made by the wife of a business colleague. Any help?
