ISO: trying to cook for a greek boy

I would absolutely love any recipes you have for greek food. I am trying to accomidate a friend from out of town, and I would like to surprise him with a traditional greek dish. His favorite is lamb chops, and I would like to surprise him. I am an average cook, mostly dealing with fish and chicken. Thank you in advance for any help.
