ISO: Valentie Raspberry Jello Salad - question

The recipe directions seem incomplete - while waiting for the jell-o to chill? What do you do with the cream cheese, sugar and cool whip?

Sounds delicious, and would love to make for Thanksgiving, just not sure how to finish!!
