ISO: Whipped Jello Dessert

Misc.
When I was in school during the 70's we were served a pink whipped gelatin dessert. Sort of a cross between whipped cream and jello. It had no fruit in in. It had the consistency of marshmallow creme, but not as sweet. It was served chilled. They would use a potato scoop to serve it. I would love to have a recipe for it.

Thanks,
Kim
