ISO: vegetarian asian chop chop(salad from Hoolihans)

I had this salad at Hoolihans Restaurant in Madison, WI it had between 7 & 10 differant greens in it, and a vegitarian burger mix,a.k.a. soy burger, and a Napa dressing, it was absolutly delicious. If anyone could give me this recipe, it would be greatly appriciated. Thank You
