ISO: Venison/Deer Roast

Misc.
I have been volunteered by my husband to make a Venison Roast(10 pointer he shot!) For SuperBowl Sunday to feed about 10-12 people. I've got the Roast, all I need is a flavorful knock-your-socks-off receipt. Any offers will be greatly appreciated!
