Recipe(tried): Venison Roast

A friend from Texas gave me this "recipe"
and this is all I use.

Garlic
Jalapeno Peppers
Salt and Pepper
Venison Roast

Make slits in the roast. Cut the garlic and
jalapenos into thin slices and stuff all the
slices in the slits on the roast. Salt and
Pepper the roast.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. When it is preheated, put the roast in a roasting pan
and brush some olive oil over the roast. Put
in the oven and roast for 5 hours until soft
and pulls like pulled pork.

Serve with cole slaw and some type of salad.

To die for!
