ISO: Water Temp for Yeast [Breadmaking]
Misc. I'm new to this Breadmaking business and have a really simple question. . . . when making bread in a breadmaker, what temp should water be that is added to ingredients (I've seen anywhere from 80 to 115 degrees)??? Also, how do you KNOW what temp the water is?? Is there some kind of gadget that tells water temp? And I thought I had every kitchen gadget there was!! Please help, I want my bread to turn out this time. I just got a new bread machine (BREADMAN PLUS TR845). Thanks.
