ISO: Wedding Reception

I am planning a wedding reception for about 100 people. I'm planning on making the food myself- nothing fancy, just finger foods. I am thinking, some little sandwiches, a fruit and veggie tray, and punch. My stepmother is taking care of the cake. Can anyone tell me how much bread, meat, cheese, fruit, veggies, sherbet, and 7-Up I need to buy? Oh, it will be at 3 pm on a Saturday. Thanks!
