ISO: What about the Cuco's black bean recipe?

Misc.
It was fun to read all of your comments about the Coast. I left years ago, too, and it has changed on the Biloxi side. Thank goodness, so far, Long Beach and the Pass are still the same! I love to eat at Cuco's and would love to make the black beans at home. Anyone have that recipe? I had never been to this web site before and am enjoying it. So different from some other chat sites where there's nothing but bickering! God bless!
