ISO: Cuco's Salsa Especiale

I used to work at a Cuco's Restaurant in Pensacola, Florida. Their Salsa Especiale was the house sauce and it was amazing on everything. Does anyone have the recipe for this? I saw a few posts requesting the recipe for their beans and their rice, but I do remember that those relied on large, pre-mixed bags of seasonings that were sent from the corporate distributor. Thanks for any help!
