Recipe: Apple Yorkshire Pudding (baked in an skillet)

APPLE YORKSHIRE PUDDING

2 apples, sliced thin
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cups milk

Preheat to 425 degrees F.

In skillet, heat first 4 ingredients; saute until soft. Sprinkle with vanilla.

Beat eggs; add flour, salt, and milk; fold in apples. Turn into a well greased black iron skillet.

Bake 15-20 minutes until puffy. Sprinkle powdered sugar. Good for brunch.
