ISO: What and How Much for a Wedding Brunch Reception?

We have had a change of plans for my daughters wedding. Thank you to all who have helped me before!!

We are on a VERY tight budget and are thinking of doing a breakfast brunch after an early morning wedding. It will be casual--buffet style--for about 50 people (including the wedding party).

I would appreciate any help on what to serve as well as how much will be needed. We will have to prepare before the wedding--we will not have a kitchen available at the hall.
