I just made your Banchero's Soup copycat recipe over the weekend for my family, and EVERYONE was amazed! It is EXACTLY like the original! Thank you so much! My wife & I used to live in Hayward, and we were weekly regulars @ Banchero's for a few years. When we moved away, we'd look forward to our infrequent visits back to the area, always sure to stop in @ Banchero's. We only found out last year they had closed down, and were very sad. We realized that the main thing we'd be missing was the soup! Pasta, lasagna, veal, etc., can all be gotten elsewhere, but that soup was special. Thank you so much for posting this recipe! It's perfect!
