Thank you for posting this recipe, I have loved this pie from Jessica's or the pre-made California pies from Logli's,since I was a kid.I was so happy that when I found this thread that you are even talking about the same pie from the very same restaurant!
Now I will be able to make this at home,where ever that may be!
