Page ~ what a good job with your tips! Amen.

I would add one more.. ask a couple of people to mingle among the guests and pick up "trash" such as used party plates, napkins, cups, etc. Have large trash bags handy (but out of sight) for those items that can immediately be thrown out. Have them take dishes to be washed directly to the kitchen.
