I hope you and Gina both enjoy them as much as we did. My fiance has just found out his daughter is diabetic and when I came across this site there were so many tasty looking recipes, I had to try them out! I too bought my chicken at Albertsons this week, they run the best sales don't they! I plan to try out a few more and promise to post them if are good.

Look forward to hearing more from you Carol! With Gina as a neighbor you must get *the best* leftovers! ;)
