Hi Melissa,

What a great recipe....Gina and I were reading it together because she just turned me on to TKL. We are neighbors and are always swapping recipes as well as leftovers.

We both love the menu you posted and are probably going to make it next week.

We both just got our boneless, skinless chicken breasts on special at Albertson's so we are looking forward to making new chicken dishes and this sounds really great!!

I hope to meet many new friends here at TKL.
