Thank You: hooters fried pickles (still lookng)

Misc.
I have tried them or tried to recreat them, but it is not the bread and butter pickles they are kosher dill pickles and i know you have to make a batter for them. I do understand though that it is very hard to recreat things, but i have the recipe for the wings and that is right on the money. I do appreciate the responses. I don't think it is w/emerils essence either. i did try that recipe and it is awful. i figured i would try to use the same ingredients that are used in the wings and that didn't work either. Guess i am out of luck until one of the waitresses breaks down and tells me the rest.
thanks alot guys for the responses.
