Thank You: Hope this works (Potato Salad for 26)

I was in a tizzy trying to determine how many potatoes and eggs to use in order to make potato salad to serve approximately 26 people. I am so glad that this site was available.

From the information shared, I am going to use 20 pounds of potatoes and 14 eggs.

I will post later to share results.
