Thank You: Jackie/MA...for the Hollandaise Sauce recipe

I have copied it and think that the cheese sauce might be a wonderful choice also. Do you have a particular recipe that you are fond of? Do you think that it will remain pourable if I keep it warm?
I ALWAYS check in on TKL daily even if I am "in and out" and try also when I am travelling. We have recently acquired two puppies and all in all there are just not enough hours in the day but continue to take a peek here to check on all my good friends and their wonderful recipes...even if I am not doing a lot of cooking myself at times.
