To be near my family is real bliss because I am a family person. After my mother passed away & I retired from my job, I missed family very much. Seilita visited frequently, & I realized that been not too far away from them would provide me with quality time helping them, especially with my very beloved "special" JonEdrick. Also I have a big family from my fathers side and all of them are in Guayanilla (a small town) that is like a suburb of Ponce. Therefore, now, with a big house & a big family I feel USEFUL again.

Regarding the recipe, be sure to cover it & reheat it in Bain Du Marie, in a very slow heat. I would prepare it a few hours before using it & then would leave it at room temperature, covered. Then, I will reheat it in Bain Du Marie, in very low heat. I always miss you dearest friend,

Please, visit us more frequently.

Hugs,

Gladys/PR
