Hi Jackie - glad you enjoyed that recipe - it's so simple but very rich! Glad you reminded me of it, I've got a big package of frozen lobster meat in the freezer right now I have to use up before we close things down here.

Also going to have boiled lobsters tomorrow night here with friends. They have only had the spiny lobsters so don't know what a treat they're in for!
