I have to agree that Lazy Man's Lobster is rich but wonderfully delicious. Lobster is something that DH and I don't have very often since it's pretty expensive even here in Western Massachusetts. One of the meals we had in Anquilla was a lobster barbeque with their local spiny lobsters. While most of the food we ate there was really wonderful, I have to say that I much prefer our New England lobster. Indeed, your friends have no idea what a treat they are in for!!
