Thank You: New Years Eve party ideas

Thank you Carol for your help!!
You have great ideas!!! The get together we are having is kind of a word of mouth for all of our friends who don't want to get a babysitter and those who did. The kids age range is from 5-11 and the get together starts pretty much when ever. I work two jobs, actually four if you count being a wife and a mom!! LOL. And, I have little time to be prepared! We are going to have alcoholic drinks after the kids go down. So I have planned for that. I am making bacon wrapped smokies, dried beef dip, pinwheels (mexican), dill pickel roll ups, I thought about white cheese dip and then of course the traditional veggie tray. I like the idea of brownies (duh) the kids will like those.
Any ideas for a fun punch for the kids? I thought about freezing gummie worms in ice cubes for their cold drinks.
The party is just going to be a simple fun drink and snack party. Thanks again for your replies!! Have a safe and Happy New Year.
