Hmm. I'm not sure I understand how to do this, but here goes.

I'd like a recipe for candied fruit - not a recipe that includes candied fruit, but a recipe for candying the fruit itself. I've attempted oranges with limited and varied success, but am interested in citrus fruit in particular. Thanks. Alexa
