Thank you for your help LCD, Judy and Mary Anne! I'll be on my way to get one tomorrow. I don't make bread (always been afraid of it), but may give it a hand. We have a large family so most of my use is for every day. But wouldn't mind maybe trying grinding meat or use for grating cheese. I've been wanting a heavier duty mixer and had my eye on the 325. Now will have MORE POWER as dear husband says;)
