Gladys, these sound wonderful. Thank you for the post. I'm going to try these right away. As you know, in California, we have lots of Mexican and Asian-fusion cooking (among many other things), so I'm delighted to have this recipe. I'll let you know how it comes out. I hope that you had a lovely Thanksgiving!
