Recipe(tried): Lithuanian Cold Beet Soup - modification
SoupsHi - just wanted to add a comment to your recipe: using real beets makes a huge, huge difference (as opposed to canned). The color and flavor is about ten times more intense. It takes a little more effort to boil them (just like you would boil potatoes) and then grate them into the soup, but you won't regret it!
