Hi,

I went to the supermarket yesterday.... Sad, there is NOT a single bottle of RED HOT SAUCE here... The manager told me it's not sold in Australia... I prefer a lighter cooking as well. (That's also one of the reason why I haven't given the recipe a go because it does have fair amount of fat in it...) I will try your suggestions... BUT I have to locate that red sauce first!!! Funny thing though, there is a TGIF right down the street here... I wonder their RED SAUCE is flown directly from USA?
