THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I will go to get that specific brand of soy sauce tomorrow! I only use Yamasa at home as it tastes great with sushi (not so salty). I do use mirin.

My Japanese friend taught me his way of makign teriyaki chicken.
1. Dice the chicken into cubes;
2. Heat the pan until smoky;
3. Add in the chicken cubes and butter at the same time;
4. Add minced garlic; THEIR teriyaki sauce, sake, a bit of soy sauce (coz their sauce is on the sweet side), Japanese rice vinegar (to rid of the smell from the chicken.)
5. Fry the chicken until the sauce is almost dry up.

It tastes great! But I will like to try your sauce instead of theirs coz it costs $10.00 per 200ml bottle.
