The pork roast was a hit !!! I don't have a crock pot (although now I think I will invest in one :). I grilled it on the BBQ, using the drop pan method, sliced it and added a bottle of BBQ sauce. It was great.

Again thank to all, I'm new at this board and I think it's great.
