Recipe(tried): Barbecued Pork Sandwiches (crock pot)

Sandwiches
Hi for bbq pork sandwiches made easy this is what i do.

I put the loin in the crock pot with a little lemon juice (helps to cut the fat) & pepper, you MAY want to even add onions but i usually don't. I then cook on high or low depending on time I usually on do on high which is fine even for extended cooking as i want it to be sooo tender it breaks up. You could do this over night with it on low if you want to put it on before bed it eating at noon time meal ...

Then when it is cooked through it will be super tender. pour off a little of the liquid if it is just swimming. Break up the pork right in the pot -- it will break up with a fork -- then add you favorite homemade or store bought bbq sauce. I always a a bit less then i think and add a bit more water & smidge of brown sugar. stir well and leave in crock pot for serving on buns .... this is how we like it :)
Enjoy!!
