My mother in law in southern indiana showed me how to make delicio9us pulled pork sandwiches.
1 pork roast 5-6 lbs can be pork sholder
2 cups water
Pressure cook the dickens out of your pork roast. 45-60 min. at 25 lbs pressure.
Let sit until cool enough to handle with hands.
Pull meat off bones and fat... Add bbq sauce to meat , stir and rewarm
I like original recipe Open Pitt the best. People willl think you slaved over this. It is delici9ous
