Thanks Betsy, The first recipe sounds very close to what I remember. No mushrooms, but the eggs were hard boiled and sliced. (I remember being in charge of the peeling and slicing.) And I vaguely remember onion slices to. Thank you for this recipe. I will try it and maybe the memories will take over and help me with the rest of the recipe. But this is very close. Thank you again for your help. I will keep checking back to the posts to see if anyone has found what I am looking for. I love your site. Keep up the good work.
