A short note!
Misc. In Spain you can buy the langostinos or c galas (langoustines)which we call prawns here in Puerto Rico. They are long, but narrow and extremely expensive but delicious. The shrimps (camarones) are another variety of this crustaceans, but definitely less expensive. In a Paella, you should have shrimps and several langoustines. The Spaniards prepare the prawns in many ways, but as they are expensive they are less popular than the shrimps. I have prepared grilled langoustines, or in a Paella, or in a Zarzuela. I am sure there are many other ways.
