Pam - questions regarding your prawns

Hi Pam - I wasn't sure from your request whether you were looking for recipes for starters or main dishes.

Also, wondered if you are using "prawn" instead of "shrimp" because of the size advertised, or if you use them interchangeably.

I know there are MANY recipes already posted here over the years, so you will probably find a million ideas if you do a search (search on both shrimp and prawn).

I have recipes that I love for the following. Please let me know if you would like me to post any of them.

~ Scampi style (butter, garlic, lemon)
~ In tomato with feta cheese
~ Cajun "barbecue" style (not barbecued at all!)
with cajun spices, bacon and butter (not diet!)
~ Curry (Indian style)
~ Curry (Thai style - with coconut milk)
~ Stuffed (one with crabmeat, one with just
cheese)
~ Broiled with bacon or proscuitto wrapping and
barbecue sauce (easy)
