Sounds interesting, Terrie!

Misc.
The langoustines or prawns that we get here are imported from Spain by the Pescader as (restaurants and fish markets, usually property of Spaniards. That is the reason why they are so expensive. We do have shrimp farms, in Dorado. I think the langostinos are common probably in Spain, France and other European countries, but I am not sure of the veracity of that fact. I will check in afuegolento.com which is a Spanish site to see if they have some link where we could get more information.

Thanks, Terrie!
