Ah - another memory!!

The mention of sorghum brought back more "Father" memories - I can remember him talking about sorghumn molasses back in Arkansas, and how good it was, and then my mother would say as how she had tried it, and it tasted like iron! I remember Dad even having some sent up north to us one time, but I can't remember tasting it.

Please describe just how sorghum molasses differs from regular jarred molasses, and what would it be used for?
