Ann, Sweet Potato Crunch...
Misc.Hi Ann,
You can make the sweet potato crunch ahead of time, foil it well, don't bake it, and put it in refrigerator for up to 3 days...I have never frozen it. So I do not know if it freezes well.
I have modified the recipe in my new posting Country Christmas Dinner 2010 to only have 1/2 cup sugar in the recipe. I did it this way for Thanksgiving and I think it tastes much better.
Merry Christmas!
