Bavarian Cream

Misc.

Lea,

I just looked at the tape of Nick making the cake; all the bavarian cram is used. Half is used over the first cake layer and half over the second layer. When the cake has fully chilled, put a thin layer of whipped cream around the sides of the cake; he says that this acts like glue for the chocolate shavings. Then put two circles of rapsberries around the edge of the cake and put the remaining chocolate shavings in the center of the cake.

I hope that this helps you and good luck with the cake.
