Buttermilk chicken

Misc.

I marinate the chicken in buttermilk for 2 or 3 hours. I put flour, salt,
pepper and season salt in a paper sack or plastic bag, add about 3 pieces of
chicken at time and shake. Fry in hot grease, covered about 35 minutes. Turn
when golden brown on one side. Continue frying till browned nicely.
