Buttermilk Pork Olives we had yesterday

Morning all,
Wehad the before mentioned Pork olives,the stuffing was a combination of bacon
and spinach baked in a buttermilk laced sauce,the result was very tender.I
served it with spiced peaches,got beautiful ones from my green grocer so
sweet!!!!!and my orange rice.For dessert i made a lemon mousse whic was lovely
and light.
