Cathy in Tokyo

Misc.
Thank you Cathy for putting me straight. I am not a Japanese chef I just cook from a recipe I found from a cookbook called The World In Your Kitchen, by Arne Kruger the world's most popular and highly respected food writer. Someone should get in touch with him since he travels widely, and collects recipes and he has sold 250,000 copies of his book in Denmark, England, Finland France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Israel. Japan, Portugal and Spain. Authentic or not it still tastes good.
