HONEY LEMON AVOCADO DRESSING

"The versatility of this dressing is endless. It can be used in salads, meats, tacos, or whole grains."

1 avocado
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
