This site has a great ethnic section. Lots of links to Japanese cooking sites. It's a great place to start surfing.

You can get to it from the first menu on the frame ("Hot Topics/Ethnic Cooking"), or you can go to the Site Map and look up Ethnic Cooking/Japanese there.
