Thank you so much for your insight! I really appreciate the time you took for me. I have another question for you... My boyfriend is a vegetarian, and we always go to Mexican and Italian restaurants. I LOVE Japanese food, and would love to turn him on to the food and respect his being a vegetarian. Do you have any ideas on what to try?
