Chicken in the Showtime Rotisserie

Hi, Deb. When I did a chicken in my Showtime Rotisserie, I injected it with Mojo sauce (found in Mexican section of grocery store). It was not only not dry, it was the most incredible chicken we have ever eaten!! Don't overcook it -- pretty much follow the 15 minutes/lb. Hope this helps.
