CHICKEN PIE DeLuxe (an old Pepperidge Farm recipe)-Page 7

CHICKEN PIE DELUXE--(Serves 6)--Bake at 425 deg.--- 10 min.

1-3/4 cups Pepperdige Farm Stuffing
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 (10-1/2 oz. can) condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1-1/2 cups cooked, boned chicken, in pieces
3/4 cup cooked peas
1 Tablespoon mined onion
Dash of pepper
3/4 cup Pepperdige Farm Stuffing, finely crumbed for topping
Snipped parsley

Mix stuffing with butter; press mixture firmly to bottom and side of 9" pie plate.
In a saucepan, stir milk into soup; add chicken, peas, onion, pepper; heat--turn into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes or until bubbly at 425 degrees.
Arrange border of 3/4 cup stuffing crumbs on top of pie; sprinkle center with parsley.
