Chinese Noodle Salad

Misc.
Rich, hope this is what you are looking for:

CHINESE NOODLE SALAD

1 large Nappa or Bok Choy cabbage, chopped fine (remove most of outer leafy green portion, use mainly the rib part
12 green onions, with some of the tips chopped in too
1/2 c. sesame seeds (the brown, cooked type) AND/OR sunflower seeds
1/2 c. margarine
2 pkg. Raman noodles (do not use the flavoring packets) broken up some
1 small pkg sliced almonds - can use more per your taste

Directions:

Saute: broken up noodles, almonds and seeds in the 1/2 c. margarine.
Chop cabbage and onions and chill.
Cool the noodle mixture before mixing it with the cabbage

Dressing: Use a mason jar, or any jar with a lid to mix/shake this dressing.

1 c. oil
3 Tbs. soy sauce
1 c. sugar (I think this is a lot! I reduce it some)
1/2 c. vinegar

Shake until well blended. Need to make enough ahead of time for sugar to dissolve. Pour over cabbage 20 minutes before serving. Toss well. Serves 10-12

Hint: When you saute, be sure you keep stirring as it has a tendency to get tto brown, or burn.
